Karate/Tai-kwon-do/martial arts?? 1 Year, 7 Months ago  
Does anyone have any experience with these types of classes for young kids in Halifax? Any one place better than others?

DS is 4 and I'm a complete newb to the martial arts scene (I should go do some reading...). He is certainly all boy, and while I never thought I'd put my child in karate, I think it might be a positive outlet for him and a good way to learn some self-control.
Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable

My son who is 8 just started at Hiltz TaeKwon-Do Fitness Center he loves it there is alot on little ones i think the starting age is 5 but heres the website

we go to the one in sackville but theres one in halifax
