Perfect - Kim had asked me to put the clinic on Kijiji, I'm glad she got it to you in time for the post!

Eirual - tact is always a problem for me too. I often tell other parents about my disastrous car seat mistakes before I help them fix their own... The best you can do is offer the info or point them towards a car seat clinic and let us do the rest!
Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
