About Me

My bio: Dr. Christine Chambers' research team in the Centre for Pediatric Pain Research at the IWK Health Centre conducts studies examining the roles of a number of developmental, psychological, and social factors in children's pain. We are particularly interested in the role of the family in pediatric pain, pain assessment in young children, and the relationship between pain and sleep in children. Our team consists of primarily clinical psychology trainees, including postdoctoral fellows and PhD students.
