Yippeee!!! It’s that time again and we are SO excited for the latest HRM Parent giveaway. Not only is it an awesome way to get the family together for some fun, but also offers a great opportunity for everyone to stay active.
That’s right - we’re giving away a Three-month Family Membership to Dalplex!
There’s so much for the whole family and Dalplex . Enjoy the weight room, fitness classes, Fun Zone, squash and racquetball courts, indoor track, family skating (seasonal) and of course, the pool. The list goes on and for three months our lucky winning family can experience it all.
Entering is easy. Just post a comment at this end of this blog telling us about your families’ favorite physical activity that you could do at Dalplex . The contest closes on Friday Oct 7th at 9pm (Atlantic Time) so get your entry in for your chance to win.
Prize value of $354. One entry per family. The winner will be notified via email and their name posted on this blog. Open to residents of HRM only.

Hi, I have three year old twins and would love to use this Dalplex membership. The boys are at an age where they need to be moving a lot every day to work off their energy. One of their favorite things to do is swim!! They can't get enough of it. Mom enjoys getting out to go swimming too.  They went to a party at the Fun Zone and had the time of their life. I'd love to take them there many more times.  |

We only get to go when there are birthday parties. Oh, and the Christmas craft fair is a highlight of their year for both my kids, cause they get to spend 2 hours in the funzone! | |

Our family loves swimming, who doesn't. We also just bought our son his first pair of skates, we are very exited to teach him how to skate this winter. I would personally love the fitness classes. We try to stay active, this membership would certainly make it 100% easier for 3 months.  |
