The line is operational 24 hours a day. There are prerecorded messages on frequently asked questions. Leave your name and number, and a Public Health Nurse will return your call as soon as possible, often the same day.

Public Health Electric Breast Pump Loan Program
In Metro, call 481-5800. In the rural areas, call the nearest Public Health Services office. Cost: $15.00 for 2 weeks.

Public Health Breastfeeding Classes
When you attend Publc Health prenatal classses you will have access to breastfeeding classes. Breastfeeding classes are regularly scheduled approximately three times per month in the evenings. Classes and presentations are available upon request.
