Details: Horse and wagon rides, snowshoeing, skating and dancing will highlight the Town of Truro’s Winter Long John Festival from Feb. 5 to 11. The festival kicks off Sunday, Feb. 5at 1pm with Family Skating and Coasting Parties. Throughout the rest of the week, participants can enjoy a public coasting party, free movie night featuring Dolphin Tale, guided snowshoeing through Victoria Park, community walking, embroidery, a skating party and fireworks.
