Details: Coping with temper tantrums can be one of the most challenging parts of parenting. Join us as we explore possible causes of emotional meltdowns, learn coping strategies and ways to improve communication with your child. This workshop can help you discover ways to help your child cope with frustration, express anger appropriately and bring down the stress level in your household. Cost: $5.00/Military family; $10/Non-military family Child care is available for military families at an additional cost. Deadline to Register: Thursday, February 23. |
