A quick but nutritious snack that is easy for your little one to help with and that prolongs snack time! Give your child a bowl of sliced bananas and a bowl of Grape Nuts or wheat germ. Get them to cover the banana slice with the cereal, and enjoy! Depending on your child's skill with a knife, let them have a go at slicing up the banana.
